All prices displayed on the website are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and accepted by Wardati.

The total amount payable will be displayed before the customer completes the order. Additional charges, such as delivery fees, will be displayed during the checkout process where applicable.

To place an order, you must provide the information necessary to process and deliver the order, which may include:

• Delivery address
• Recipient name and phone number

Wardati reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• The requested product is unavailable.
• The delivery location cannot be served.
• Incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.
• Payment cannot be successfully processed.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• There is an obvious pricing or technical error.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment of the order.

If Wardati cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded using the appropriate payment method, subject to the applicable refund process.

We provide delivery services to locations within our available delivery areas in Jordan. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates or selected delivery periods and may be affected by:

• Traffic and weather conditions
• Recipient availability
• Incorrect delivery information
• Public holidays and high order volumes
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the selected delivery period. For successful delivery, the customer must provide an accurate delivery address and valid recipient contact information.

If an order is being delivered to another person, the customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient information. The recipient may be contacted by our delivery team for the purpose of completing the delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, Wardati may attempt to contact the recipient or customer to arrange an alternative delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Wardati is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

• Incorrect address or phone number
• Recipient unavailability or refusal to receive the order
• Failure to respond to delivery calls
• Inability to access the delivery location

Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to contact the customer or recipient to resolve delivery issues.

Flowers and plants are natural products subject to seasonal and environmental variations. The exact appearance of an arrangement may differ from the product photograph due to seasonal availability, flower size and maturity, natural color variation, and availability of specific varieties.

If a specific flower or material is unavailable, Wardati may replace it with a similar flower or material of comparable quality and value, while making reasonable efforts to preserve the intended appearance, color scheme, style, and overall value of the arrangement.

Payment methods may include:

• Credit/debit cards
• Cash on delivery
• CliQ
• Apple Pay
• PayPal
• Other payment methods that may be introduced by Wardati

Payment availability may vary depending on the order or delivery location. For online payments, processing is handled through the relevant payment service provider. Wardati does not store complete credit or debit card information.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due upon delivery. For CliQ orders, the order may remain pending until payment is successfully verified.

Because flowers, arrangements, cakes, and certain other products are perishable or customized specifically for an order, returns may not be possible in the same manner as ordinary non-perishable products.

If you receive a product that is significantly damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Wardati as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, Wardati may offer:

• A replacement product
• A partial or full refund
• Another appropriate resolution

Refunds are subject to the applicable payment provider's processing procedures.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly. To help us investigate and resolve the issue, we may request: order number, customer and recipient information, photographs of the delivered product and packaging, and a description of the problem.

We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate resolution.

You are responsible for ensuring that any gift message or other content you submit:
